1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Super Solitaire ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Super Solitaire web application at super-solitaire.com.

By accessing and using Super Solitaire, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA), you must be at least 16 years of age. By using Super Solitaire, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Super Solitaire is a free online card game service that provides various solitaire games including Klondike, Spider, and Freecell. The service includes features such as leaderboards, customizable themes, and game statistics tracking.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Super Solitaire offers optional premium subscriptions that provide an ad-free experience. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller of record for premium purchases and handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and VAT compliance on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of use.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payments are processed by Paddle. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are billed once per year and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal. You will retain premium access until the end of your billing period.
• Lifetime Purchases: Lifetime purchases provide permanent premium access for as long as Super Solitaire operates.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect current billing periods.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, please contact us.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features such as leaderboards and game synchronization, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the service
• Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboard positions
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate others or create false accounts

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code that make up Super Solitaire are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect EU/EEA users, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence, regardless of the governing law chosen. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
